Lead generation systems
Google, Meta, the landing page, the CRM, and call tracking, wired end to end as one system. Most accounts do not have a traffic problem. They have a system with three pieces missing.

What I do
Google, Meta, the landing page, the CRM, and call tracking, wired end to end as one system. Most accounts do not have a traffic problem. They have a system with three pieces missing.
Every client gets a live dashboard pulling from every source they spend on, updated daily. No monthly PDF theatre, no waiting until the fifth of the month to find out what happened.
I run the strategy and sit in the accounts myself. That caps how many clients I can take, which is the point rather than the problem.
The order
Eleven years of accounts taught me that the order matters more than the tactics. Work it out of order and you optimise a number that was never true.
If conversions are double counted, misfiring, or attributed to the wrong click, nothing underneath matters. This is where most audits should stop and rarely do.
Brand separated from generic. Prospecting separated from retargeting. One product line per campaign, because trailers and sheep ramps are not the same buyer.
Every platform ships defaults built for the platform. Placements, match types, partner networks, auto-applied recommendations. Most leaks live here.
When a single search term proves itself, it gets its own campaign and its own budget so it can never be starved by something less certain sitting next to it.
Accounts run themselves once they are built properly. The leverage is at the build, not the monthly tinker.
Beyond the work
Outside the accounts: forest walks on Monday mornings, a long-running practice of releasing, and a slow attempt at reading more than I consume.
Introvert. Considerably better one on one than in a room. If we end up working together you will get straight answers, early warnings, and no account manager sitting between us.

No pitch on the first reply. Tell me the problem in plain language and I will tell you honestly whether it is something I can move, and whether I am the right person to move it.
